Clean banks, avg daily balance always between 50-100k, just took a 1st for $300k on a weekly & would prefer 2nd w/ weekly, gross is $4mm a year, low months around 250K & high months around 650k with winter being lower than spring summer & fall. Merchant has decent personal & business credit & wants another 100-200k, or more. Looking to fund ASAP.

farming can be tricky because of PACA rules. Is most of the revenue from farming or trucking. Honestly I don't chase many trucking deals because everyone and their Dutch Uncl does them, but we do love farming, especially produce. Would they be open to factoring or asset based lending.
