Dear Karen37a,
Thank you for the thoughts. This is Team Aquila!
1. We are very clear about monitoring to all merchants on our platform and you may review our privacy policy online here: https://www.aquilacashflow.com/privacy The merchant we receive a very high risk and ask us to help find them a funding opportunity. We provide this service for funded and unfunded merchants and we respect merchant privacy. When they want off from Aquila, we remove all their data.
2. We neither sell, share, nor distribute merchant bank data information to third parties. We only alert brokers when the account is fundable or why the account is not fundable. This is a clear distinction and there's no need for us to share private customer data with anyone. You just want to know when we can fund. Right?
3. You can always ask us directly what we're doing. Our phone Phone: +1 (415) 598-9549 is usually slammed. We just hired more staff this week to help with the crush. We're a software company that's a lender. We're still new to this industry, but always willing to talk. If you want to know more about how we do what we do, email ussupport@aquilacashflow.com and reference this thread. Our CEO will jump on the line to chat about our platform.
All the best,
Aquila

We do NOT broker or Whitelabel. It is not part of our business model or revenue opportunity.

Correct. We've never had a use for NSF data in our funding model.

The thing that irks me the most is not Aquilla
its the brokers or some funders who spout some online models that are out of compliance and hard working brokers on the phone or face to face getting the crap end of the stick..being put down like they are trash ( including me) meanwhile I am the one with the computer science degree and deep Financial services sales marketing compliance background
online applications and data gathering and collection gets regulated to the hilt...the the only thing that is left is phone sales people or people who go door to door or referrals
I am put between a rock and a hard place watching this stuff all the time...so i moved towards b/ c/d paper who isnt trying to kill the iso and create automation which cant be sustainedLast edited by Karen37a; 10-18-2018 at 03:41 PM.

Please explain when you decline after signed docs because no investors?
Why dont you tell everyone what your guidelines are?Do you still claim you fund the garbage as i got things declined that boarder line A lenders approved.
What is your approval ratio of having everything done by merchant first before you even give an approval?

Ricky..I can bring in 100 1099 brokers / isos
Clap my hand's rah rah rah...and they will send applications some might not be able to fund in 6 months
They will not be here then
95% of brokers quit...thats why i never understood why anyone stole
I keep saying I went thru 10000 brokers to get teh 500 licenced producers...that's just the way it is...I didnt have renewals
id be a billionaire

Thanks, should use the reply with quote it helps.
Seems like most people and reviews online didn't believe you fund directly in house, only. All the confusion should tell you something. I sent a client your link and he within minutes pulled up a bad review online in which it described you all as basically what has been said on this thread which is more of just a data company. He refused to complete it.
Either way, good luck.

Wait, what? After they sign the contracts they decline because they can't find "investors"? Is "investors" euphemism for "funders"? Who wants to explain to a merchant after they've signed contracts that the funder now declines because they can't find anyone to fund it. What does that even mean?
Please tell me I've misunderstood something because this seems NUTS.

.He is also into blockchain bitcoin etc etc
and you better hope this isnt him( he is in charge of a big Crypto group)

two of the most interesting Fintech startups using token-based, blockchain technologies today. One, Aquila is a small business cash flow marketplace that leverages the Ethereum blockchain to track small business loans across thousands of companies. The other, SericaPay, is a Bitcoin2.0 company and digital assets trading and payments platform, launched in 2014, linking physical assets to the Bitcoin blockchain. He is also the founder of Bits of Coin, an Android, mobile news application for Bitcoin intelligence gathering. Taariq also leads the largest meetup of bitcoin developers in the world, SF Bitcoin Devs, which holds over 1,000 blockchain engineers in its membership.
___
you know why I second and tripled guessed this. It one's thing to take in low low-grade paper, below D paper... E/f and take a look at it, but to ONLY want to take that paper in is bull****.
If someone has a legitimate funding vehicle they would say we specialize in D ...maybe c/d but even go below to E/f
The rest is ridiculous and paper collection( low grade purposefully unfundable paper) ...no matter what I asked... why? why? no legitimate reason
Document collection ...and I do not think he is in Russia selling social sec numbers off ...but I do not trust people..period the end
I even thought ...could they leverage this with blockchain? because the other software links assets to bitcoin blockchain.
It isn't ok for someone to just brush off questions...not with bank statements and not ones that were in someones care. ( isos or funders)
look what this 1st global did.
He should at least explainLast edited by Karen37a; 10-18-2018 at 10:22 PM.

Dont get me started with these guys.
I sent them all my declines ... couldnt fund anyone.
I said to myself, hmm, let me submit my A paper client.
Got a Decline - unable to fund (link to Bank performance)
Had I not known or had every statement, MTD, and detail on my merchant I wouldve accepted it and moved on.
Decline reason:
Too few deposits last 30 days .. 3
Deposit volume under required amount last 30 days .. $xx
Average daily balances below required amount of $1,000 .. $429.xx
Basically, a complete lie.
When I replied with screenshots, statements, and outlined each months # of deposits (25+), volume (>45-80k), average ledger, average collected, and daily balance information I got a reply .. CONGRATULATIONS! IT APPEARS SO AND SO'S ACCOUNT IS FUNDABLE! (Im thinking, no ****. How often does your algorithmic process conveniently decline A paper, eh??)
I asked Okay, whats the offer or next steps. I was told to wait as they had to find an offer or wait on the investor offer (in no way are they a direct funder imo)
Following day, ... its no longer on my queue ( im like, wtf? ) .. i see a declined tab and find it there. Clicked on it and then link for reason:
# of neg days last 30 days = 5
# of neg daya laat 90 daya = 9
I'm now like Nah they didny just try me lile that. Called my merchant and he sent me both other accounts under the bank he linked (60 day to date). There was not 1 negative day.
The one you all know replies that I didnt see what happened on the X day of X month where there were overdrafts and can you explain the nature of the transaction "xyz" and what he was doing at Casino this day X/x/xxxx (Apparently, he didnt view the attached statements showing he visited a casino and made 1 transaction and whatever he was curious about was random as f$#k. He then said that at this time they werent comfortable enough that they k ew i worked hard and tried their best.
Right then (Actually, I knew the min they declined), but right then that said everything. These guys are full of ****. And they want my Garbage? You want Trash? Why!!?? You cant even fund A/B paper with 0 negs, ADB's >$7,500 over 90 days!
What a waste of time. I read a lot here. Dont post much but man was I pissed and Am pissed. I will bet 100k Credible and Rapid MAYBE signed up and Conveniently for Aquila they get put up on Leaderboard as a show n tell. They arent funding **** for them either. Im sure they stopped submitting a lioooonv time ago.
Why waste breath explaining to a merchant or giving false hope for a day they MAY be fundable when they dont even fund someone who Im going to fund ob Monday thru a real funder????
Pointless. But ahh, I am writibg this specifically to save you all from the hassle of experiencing the crap I just have.
Pleasure. Your welcome All.
