    No December Bank Statement

    Any other lenders besides BFS who use Sept, Oct, Nov Bank statements to qualify? Construction, hauling material business, 580 score, avg monthly $30K, wants $20K

    Most places will give you a preliminary offer, pending Dec bank up until the 10th to 15th

    Hiding December's statement isn't going to help you get them funded. The funder is going to do a login and see December activity no matter what. So hiding it, only to be declined right before funding, is a total waste of everyone's time.
