Thanks for your patience. We've been a bit short-staffed over the last week or so with people closing out holiday travels. Lot of folks postponed family time to New Years / immediately post-New Years, as we expected late December to be a big time. And it was - we had a monster December. I would agree it can be difficult to get anyone on the line but when I have a referral who needs to speak with them, they get it sorted out.
