As long as the merchant is set up on a payment plan Accord Business Funding will take a look.

IF no payment plan and not too excessive (i.e $1 million in liens, but only doing 10-15k a month), MCG has always been good for those types.

If they are in a payment plan, then most B-C paper guys will give it a go
