Is it worth the trouble to get a license in California?
We are considering obtaining our license for California? As a broker... is it worth the expense and time to do this? Also, what are the on-going procedures to maintain it.
I'm looking for the input of brokers who have done so or have decided not to.
I appreciate your input and advise.
Thank you,
Tony

Doesn't cost that much to get. But if you make more than a couple of thousand in profits from the new California business, then it's worth it. If you focus more on the traditional stuff and rely on fees from lenders, it's worth it.
