Landscaping- $1.5Mil+/yr. Needs $100k. Dirty laundry. This deal needs a home

I need a hero for this deal.

Client is a landscaping company that does $1.5Mill+, needs $100k
    In business since 2002
Has 3 positions with $44k total balance

    Dirty laundry:
-IRS tax lien, but all payments current
    -Negative days from last 5 months bank statements - July=0; Aug=1; Sept=7; Oct=11; Nov=6.
    -Negative ending balance months - Sept= -$2200; Oct= -$2700

    Side note:
-Changed banks in November (he said the mistakes of his previous bank in large part caused his NEBs and NSFs)

Client is aware of his negatives, and is willing to consider any and all terms.

Rejected by Pearl, National & Mantis because of the dirty laundry and new bank.

Update: I forgot to mention that the client has some assets that he's willing to use as collateral, if it comes to that. This includes:
    -D610 Wheel loader @$50k
    -Backhoe @ $50k (equity)
    -2 acres in NJ @ $200k

WBL is a good fit for this type of transaction. Do you have time to speak tomorrow?

Do they accept credit cards? If so, we purchase future receivables.
