If this fellow is genuinely doing what appears to be $2.5MM annual and is profitable with typical margins for the trucking industry (I have funded a lot of truckers) I would be interested in discussing.

Full Disclosure: I would need to pay off both balances and end up in first position. But he would end up with a monthly payment instead of daily, with attractive pre-payment discounts if he pays off early.
