The SBA express is good for that, but I don't think you're going to find someone that does 7-8% line and also MCAs. But it's conceivable some ABL lenders offer offer good rates on AR lines and also factor receivables similar to MCAs.

no the company doesnt have to do mca's, i was saying we do mca's and term loans but were looking for a line of credit company to work with, we already do sba's as well, looking for strictly line of credits, open to higher rates

If they have good AR then I like Crestmark. They can get you rates in those ranges.

Edit: just note they aren't going to touch anything small though.

how do you submit to them? do you have a contact there?

Crestmark, AGR and Capital Funding are the best in the country for those.
