    white label

People stop being stupid. Learn to read the fine print of who is the actual funder. Just because i photoshop my business name on top does not make me a funder . There is someone on this forum claiming to be a direct funder and then white labeling. Become smarter in 2017 then you were in 2016.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all.

Wait...people knowingly have borrowers execute altered contracts? And the actual creditor accepts them? Words can't express how awful that is for a multitude of reasons.

If ur moving volume lenders allow unto white label... it helps close the deal but usually has ****ty PSF fees added by the white labeler...

White labeling is something funds do for their preferred ISO's. Just copying and pasting logos on a contract is technically altering the contract & can give the merchant's attorney some legs

the banks do this for the ISO they will put your logo on the top of their contracts usually with theirs if you do enough volume with them.. This has been going on for years dont know why everyone is so surprised by this.. Any ISO doing serious volume will have at least one bank that has white labeled contracts for them if not multiple banks

Wow. Is there some master agreement or other documentation in place between the ISO and the lender that codifies this and solves for the legal issues arising from altering the credit contract?

Smarter would be if I learned that this was bad. Aware is that I know it happens. Thanks for making me aware though.
