No interest or no payments? I know ARF can defer payments for 30 days. No interest can be just sleight of hand because we all know cash advances don't charge interest.

They're betting there's no way in hell he can prepay the advance in two months. I'd take that bet. I sell a lot of deals with aggressive early payoff discounts. Out of 100 merchants who asked for prepayment discounts, only 2 actually paid off early.

Maybe, only know that I have never seen that before from Flora and I represent them, and Quarterspot offers 1.03, 1.04 after 30 and 60 days. Maybe a harbinger of the future or what the market needs.

That's a great program for merchants who only need to bridge a short term receivables gap. It would be a great fit for contractors.

What was the client industry? This would be helpful for anyone looking at a bridge. I haven't seen that for Breakout either. Are these new prepay programs? I wonder what the qualifications are for this.

For clarification on how our Bridge product works -- and yes we offer a true bridge program that is structured as a longer term loan with extremely aggressive early repayment discounts. The early repayment pricing will be inclusive of broker fees (so, no we aren't losing money on these deals), but the early prepay rates are still extremely aggressive (depending on credit and other factors, starting ~1.08x -- broker commissions are added to the base rate) and they still have the flexibility of a longer term loan.
