We've gotten deals done with gross revenue of at least 7500 a month.(obviously they're other variables that are important) Anything less is a no go.

I am not sure of a funder that makes faster offers then Mantis/Cresthill on deals the size you describe "4-8k deals.."

expect offers in hours with fewest stips fastest-contract to funding and i have never seen a COJ needed on those sizes!
