Hey i am realizing that banks are closed since the holidays fall out on a Sunday . Are the lenders all going to be closed also ? Is it insulting to call people on those days ?

We are closing our office both days to give everyone off. Schools are closed most jobs are off so we are closing. Even if open not going to be bale to get many people on the phone so figured give everyone the days off

Our offices will be closed. I would consider those days and the Fridays prior to be admin days. It is highly unlikely you ill get much done. I will be using the time to clean up files and doing research to hit the ground running in 2017.

Ha! Right on. Very important point that most people don't realize. We are definitely a direct funder (using our own money to fund, plus co-investor money) but we do not "lend". Very important distinction.

The actual holiday is on Sunday. It is only a bank holiday on Monday-- I think it is like calling on Veterans day.. I don't think anyone will be insulted if you can reach them.
