We may be able to approve them for a third position if the numbers make sense - this way the merchant doesn't have to pay interest on interest (by paying off the first two positions out of the new advance)

.... I would not want the merchant to pay interest on interest, however I think a third position deal is just ridiculous.

This sounds like a home run deal! Guy just got $22k yesterday and needs more money? But dont worry folks, he's got room for more cash so its fine. Also, no one should take out more than one position. The reason being, if I am a funding company, why would I cut a check to a stacking company to pay them off and accelerate their receivables, just for them to then stack behind me again?

The numbers don't work for refinancing. 320k per year in cc is 26k a month so the most he can get is 50k on a cc deal. For an ACH deal, the most he can get is 10% of gross or 70k. No one can refinance him until his outstanding balance for both advances is around 25-30k. Your best bet is a third position stacker lol.

It sounds like he is almost there-80% done with the $15,000 and the $22,000 is new, but if the Merchant is willing, it can probably be done in 1-3 weeks. 3rd position wouldn't do much for the Merchant, the Lender or the Broker. Maybe just wait for the $15,000 to be over if you can.

Clear-to-close - welcome back, I see you met the gang. The initiation hurts a bit, but now you got your colors.

I remember My initiation. It hurt so bad that I stopped posting and started reading.

I am kind of amazed that a funding company would announce that they are stackers, ("2nd, 3rd and even 4th positions")... If it was me, I would keep that sh*t on the LOW... and let reps know individually as they board with me... comments? ideas?

Most likely they are a broker and not funding the deals. I feel like most of the "shoot me an email" posts are from brokers, not funding companies.
