It is one thing to discuss what you are up against in the industry as a whole but as a broker if you really are getting a 1.12 paying 5 points from one of your funders why in the world are you posting it on a public forum? I truly don't mean any disrespect but have you ever heard of a competitive advantage? You do realize that people on this forum are your competitors don't you? They are often sending out the same files. Do you really want to compete with three other guys on a deal paying 5%?

it is a 1.11 paying 1.5% commision. There is no 12 built in

Yeah for there select deals, they are good on rates, however they pay 3 points or 1.5 points and there is an origination fee for 2.5% which brings up the effective rates.

1.5-3% plus your 2.5% origination leaves **** for the brokers to eat on... this program is definitely catered to the pikes who cant close. Cost of acquisition is shooting thru the roof and A paper funders are paying less, go figure...

On Preferred pricing their stateed rate is 1.11 for a 9 month if they qualify, but the commission is only 1.5% and there is a 2.5% origination fee. Pricing used to be fixed, but now there is a flex where there are ranges depending on the deal, so business can qualify for preferred program but not necessarily the 1.11 rate.
