yeah you needed a better rep because they existed, especially with that volume you would have seen it for refi offers on customer retention pricing. Not sure why you didn't have it

John - you mentioned earlier that you dont/didnt work with CAN and everything you know about their programs is from your brother. If JCoop is funding $15 million/year, I dont think he needs a better rep.

In addition - you mentioned all these people are suing CAN, including Wells Fargo and investors. The article Sean posted said 1 shareholder had filed a law suit against CAN.

As an industry, we should all hope they come back and they will...without CAN, it allows the other funding companies to be more picky with their approvals. Hence why your seeing the all underwriting changes with OnDk, IOU, ect.

then why has he never had a 36 month offer when my brother does a fraction of that volume with them and has done a few of them.. I doubt in all that volume he did not have any that would qualify for the 36 month programs. So what other assumption is there to be made other then whoever he was working with was not getting him the best deals possible?

not surprising at all. Some reps were terrible and some great.i know people who barely did volume that got on programs that people who did serious volume didn't have .

Its like that at all the banks. It is why connections are so important. There are people who send deals to me because I get better treatment at a bank that they are signed up direct with. The opposite is also true I have tried banks and stopped sending them deals thinking they are awful while people I know and respect at other companies think they are the absolute best.. Depends on the relationship you have with that particular bank. If anyone on here thinks that banks treat all ISO's the same they are crazy, obviously this was the case at CAN

What "Very Good Job" has his rep done in since December 1, 2016?

    For a Third Time

Since December 1, 2016, what have you done with your CAN accounts > 50% remitted?
