    Creative solutions

    Hey guys

    i have a few deals in the 300k range that were declined for funding by the mca community of lenders.

    If anyone can help me close these deals please let me know

    What do you mean, deals in the $300k range? $300k per month in deposits, $300k offers, years deposits of $300k?

    Why were the deals declined?

    Without giving more details, would be hard to actually give you accurate information.

    To clarify:

    These deals have gotten offers ranging from 100k-500k but at the closing table were declined for one reason or another.......

    I'm looking for someone who is determined to get these deals done and will go the extra mile
