Trucking - $100k/mo. - No Traditional Banks - Uses Comchecks/EFS

Hi All,

I have a trucking client that is doing $100k-$150k/mo. and is working with a factor. He does all banking through EFS, an electronic real time bank/banking transfer system. Client needs $100k by Monday but can't get it done anywhere.

Two challenges.

1. Has a factoring facility
2. Has electronic banking system that is not standard.

If he owns trucks free and clear get a collateral loan or sale lease back

What position is this? If not a first then I can give money. Not 100k though.
