Commercial Contractor (Will not factor AR)
3.9M annually with loss for 2015 and profit 2016 so far on Financials
325k monthly deposits no NSF
current advance of 145k.
Looking for longer term and get additional capital
Funding Circle no longer does construction .

Does he own equipment or RE? A sale leaseback might be good for this guy, or a WBL loan if he needs more money.

Why won't he factor? We recently solved the problem of notification factoring with General Contractors.
