Question to admin and senior members .Is there any sort of underwriting done to allow people to post a promotion for their company here?
yesterday their was a "direct lender" who does everything from sba loans to cutting the cheese . What am i missing here ? to me it is obvious a 100% lie.why does admin not call these guy out ?

Got a call just now from Patrick at Cheddar asking for the owner by name. When I repeated the company name, he clarified, Cheddar "like the cheese" then added Cheddar Express. I asked if he was calling about shipping or tracking a package and he stated Cheddar Express is a Finance Company.
I stated the Business Owner is Not Interested in a Biz Loan right now... to which, Patrick just lost it and yelled "well how do YOU know? You just answer the phone! I talked to Mrs. X last week and have sent out the paperwork already..."
So I had to interrupt with "Hold it right there! You're a Big Fat Liar and You did no such thing. Please remove us from your calling list and I hope you have a nice day, Mr. Dishonesty!"

when i worked for a start-up company for a little whole, they actually sent my deal to cheddar and got numbers for it, it was at 17,500 cc program, when we received the contracts they were labeled as cheddar expresss but there was a fee age like any other contract and then there was an additional fee page that was 1.5% of the deal goes to cheddar express in small writing, my client got funded and was unhappy because he knew about my psf, knew about all the underwritting fee's but then also got debited 1.5% from cheddar express the following day, there obviously brokering the deal out and adding an additional app fee to make there money.
