I know that YSC has reps there that backdoor. Not saying all of them do, but I worked at a **** hole ISO before changing to a Lender and at my last **** hole ISO job one of the managers there had his own thing going with YSC.

Yellowstone is always in the conversation with respect to being on the straight and narrow and honest. I would suggest that if every shop acted as they do, half the problems everyone faces daily would be a memory. What someone assumes is a "scoop" is most certainly just the case where Yellowstone or any other funder getting the same app from 3 different brokers.

It's common sense to me at least. There is rampant competition so how likely is it that a merchant is going through many places at once and likely that these same places are sending the apps to the same funders?...Very likely.

There is so much bloody anger on this forum. It's nuts. Everyone assumes everyone is a criminal and looking to rip them off so meaning is found in the non existent. I deal with a lot of funders. Yellowstone is known throughout as being great to deal with and again, always completely honest. All the negativity is so draining to read even when it does not affect me.

I notice so many complaints are levied agaisnt different companies with zero back up. If I were to start to bad mouth someone, I'd be damn sure I knew the whole story and had proof to back anything up. Maybe that's just me.

Isaac I can't give you the details, I was in the marketing department and only had limited access to certain information. I was mistrusted with information there because I made it clear I wasn't going to do anything criminal, ironic. If you want to PM me I can tell you the name of the ISO and sales manager that had his secret YSC rep. All YSC deals were done off the funding board and never accounted for. I even cited this to the owner when I quit that job as one of the many unethical practices his office took place in.

I have nothing against YSC and I am a firm believer that MOST shops are going to have a rep that's looking for some $$ on the side, and that YSC isn't alone in it. But you guys absolutely have some funny business going on over there, and as a pretty prominent lender in this industry you should work harder on taking care of it.

I have resisted responding to this but given the amazing numbers we've done this year speak for themselves. My Team of 3 guys did 40MM. That being said, YSC is a completely different model to most and because we do business the right way (the YSC WAY) we've never and wont ever be accused and or proved to be backdooring deals.

Anthony Saracino is a great rep to reach out to as are myself, Ed Tucker and Juan Monegro. Isaac doesn't hire guys who aren't on the up and up. Nothing more to say. If you wanna fund deals and make money YSC is the place to do it,

As someone who has been in this business for a long time, I will say that YSC and Isaac run a shop who's image often doesn't represent the actual business and what is going on day to day. I think that is why through the years despite what people say and hear about them they continue to operate and fund without much issue or change. The truth of the matter is that they lack greatly on the technology side and at the same time their business model isn't your typical "Direct Funder" which adds layers of complication and confusion. To be honest, the lack of technology is probably my largest issue, but at the same time I dont even know how you would build the technology they would need. I am sure that is why they are still lacking there.

Either way, I would agree with most of the posters here who have already said that while you feel like you may have been stolen from, they gets more apps every day than any other funder and merchants lie.

For example purposes only , if i send a submission to Andrew mcdonald and iso b sends it to juan monegreo is it possible one of us will get an approval and one of us declined ?

SHOTS FIRED! I have had good and bad experiences with yellowstone! They do fund deals and pay out as promised! I never had a deal backdoored by them. I did how ever experienced where the merchant missed some big weekly payments and the ISO Rep MGR and CUSSED The merchant out! I was on the phone and I heard it all. The lack of professionalism! If I was there in NY and the guy talked to me that way he would of gotten a gold old fashioned ass whippin! lol Other than that YSC is great!
