    my client has 120,000,000. bond.. wants to use as collateral

    my client has 120,000,000. bond.. wants to use as collateral for a 2,000,000. loan
    client produces over a million in sales a year.
    bond phase value is 120,000,000. one hundred and twenty million dollars.
