    2nd Position

I have a merchant who grosses $200-$300k monthly and $3.2 million last year on his tax return, in the publication businesses for 17 years, and 720 FICO.

Currently has three positions, his first position balance is $180k, and his second and third position balances add up to about $90k. He would like a 2nd position offer for $200-$250k, paying off his second and third position balances and he would net the difference. Would anyone be able to fund such a deal?

    Thank you in advance!

Within minutes you'll be asked if they have commercial or personal real estate.

If his first position balance of $180,000 is with a standard funder/lender, not a pseudo line of credit product, then you need to tell your merchant what he's looking for can't be done.

And no, don't do a 4th, 5th, or 6th position stack on this because if he's even approved, all you are going to do is destroy the guy's cashflow. Tell the merchant to sit down, pay down the $270,000 in balances, and you will be in contact with him in a couple of months once the balances are paid down further.

True. With that having been said, there is a 90% chance this merchant will have a 4th and 5th position within a month. Maybe sooner. That's being conservative.

Like West said, if the borrower has real estate then WBL is a great fit for this partial consolidation.

If he has very strong financials with strong monthly net income try reaching out to Dan Page on the forum. This could be something he will take a look at

I think WBL would be a great fit for this type of consolidation. If you want to DM or PM me we can discuss this further. My direct line here at the office is (212) 271-8286.

    2nd Position

WBL has a formal policy for titles. Analyst, Associate, Vice President, Senior VP, Director, MD. Getting promoted within our company is a big deal, as we are extremely selective with our key personnel.

We aren't "one of those types of shops." We have the largest W2 sales team in the industry and the most locations. Don't lump us in with the fly-by-night shops you see littering the industry.
