IRS Tax Lien - Great business in Food Industry

-4 mm in Rev and growing year over year
-2 owners , 50/50 - 1 has a 200k tax lien , not on payment plan yet

Looking for a good funder - who will go 12+ months and is tolerant of the tax lien . Or, a funder that will underwrite based off 50% owners credit. Please advise.
