Great deal! Our client needs funding now! No more false promises!
Hello,
We have a deal that MUST GET FUNDING NOW, WE HAD A LENDER DRAG THEIR BUTT AND MAKE FALSE PROMISE AFTER FALSE PROMISE (SURPRISE) ONLY TO DENY. Now our client has to start their jobs and doesn't have the capital too.
Our client has an "interesting history" as do many business owners.
1. Our Client has been in the Fire & Water damage / restoration industry for many years
2. Our Client works for residential as well as commercial clients and is paid APPROX 95% BY INSURANCE COMPANIES (THAT GUARANTEES HE GETS PAID. It is really simple.
3. Our Client has a very long, in writing list of pending jobs. The list is agreements between him and the insurance companies.
4. The insurance companies almost always do not make their "final payment" on time.
5. Our Client filed for bankruptcy protection many years ago. Then came back and has been solid for year, as has many of us.
6. Our client purchased RE to rehab and flip very early this year. 2 insurance companies did not make payments as stated in their agreements. Our Client was going to loose the property and his down payment, his attorney suggested filing a bankruptcy BUT ONLY UNTIL THE FUNDS COME FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES WHICH WOULD ALLOW HIM TO COMPLETE HIS TRANSACTION. Our Client filed in April of 2016 and released the filing 3 weeks later.
7. Our Client did 320,000.00 in 2015 (tax return) and 320,000.00+ in 2016.
8. Our Clients checking account balance is between 75,000.00 & 115,000.00 annually. NO NSF's.
9. Our client has 2 existing mca's with a total balance of approx 35,000.00 BOTH ARE PERFORMING PERFECTLY AND CLIENT WILL PAYOFF BOTH IF HELPS THE DEAL
10. We need a Lender for our Client that will fund OFTEN (great deal) as our Client lands the LARGER DEALS. Fire & Water damage work is extremely expensive and our Client manages it well but wants help due to the ups and downs of the insurance companies making the final payments.
11. Our client is looking for approx. 100,000.00 NOW TO FUND THE STARTUP ON 2 VERY LARGE JOBS. So here is what an Alternative Lender should consider. Lend him on his history of performance, on the job log with insurance companies, his credit score, bank balance, lack of NSF's, his history of his remittances, etc. Then structure an advance or loan that might even include the PURCHASE OF SOME OF THE "INVOICING" TO GET THE OFFER IN THE AREA OF THE 100,000.00 RANGE.
Sorry for being so long winded, the few Lenders we work with have forgotten how to be "creative" and many need to be reminded.
Please if you have a serious interest in a great client and repetitive business as do we, call Gil at 603-401-6408. We don't need chatter here, we need performance, please call, no Daily Funder postings.
Thanks

Your client should have around $65,000 in current accounts receivable. We might be able to put a Hybrid together that would factor their receivables and take out the existing ma's unless they would subordinate. With this plan they should net around $50,000 in cash.
please contact me if you're interested in trying this unique approach.
