    oh that can be an issue unless they have an OPT_IN list. BTW when I meet Mr Trump i will bring up ending Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. ｧ 227 its bad for business. I think it should be fair play to contact a Business Owner. that's my opinion.
