I have a publicly traded company in FL whom has a LOC for 2.5m with local bank but seeking 9m doing 14m in medicaid receivables. There is a delay in the funding due to claims which means most receivables are older than 90 days but still paid... Merchant has a commercial real estate building in Miami could collaterlize, but has a first position lien of 1.2m BPO disclosed on submission. 1.2m is nothing fyi.

The issue is NET receivables. The people that work in that specialized space understand the dynamic of Medicaid receivables taking longer than Insurance Companies, and affix a value on them commensurate with anticipated turn around.

We have coordinated deals with similar size to what you are describing, and can assist on this one. Time frame from submission to funding is typically 45 days- with a significant amount of due diligence to verify historical collection percentages etc.

Someone need to explain to me this no broker thing when it is financing you know nothing about. Things like this you need old man Bob or Richard to get it done. Just knowing the lender without knowing how to package it will get you no where.
