Agressive 2nd Position Needed
Misspelled aggressive..there goes my reputation
Hey Guys!
Have a client with a $20k balance with Knight. Perfect timely payments over the past couple of months. High 600's/low 700's credit. Client has spent time trying to get in touch with Knight for an add-on, but because of whatever is going on with them right now they changed their original plan and told him now he has to wait until January. He needs the funds really quick, and is adamant about not waiting a week or two for term loan/consolidation financing I suggested that would be better rate-wise.
So, I need an aggressive and fast offer for expansion, $30k. Statements are very clean, deposits of $51k August, $77k Sept $60k October and Nov should be around $55k as well. Daily balances of $8k. I know I have several relationships but because time is of the essence thought this would make more sense, especially to avoid inquiries damaging the credit for the term loan or consolidation we plan to do after.

Why was this file with knight in the first place and not an A lender ? What's industry and tib?

Not sure, the file looks really clean to me so I've been spending the past hour trying to make some sense of that as well. He didn't seem very knowledgeable about the funding world though; when I mentioned a term loan he sounded surprised and wanted to know more. But the time frame of waiting another week or two scared him off. I'll PM you to talk more.
