2nd Position - lowest buy rates?
Have a long-time client that needs a sizable second position. Great deposits (see below).
First position deal is an 18 month deal, ends in March, daily currently $333.
$140,000 - Oct. (15 deposits)
$78,000 - Sept. (23 deposits)
$59,000 - Aug (23 deposits)
$100,000 - July (10 deposits)
Deposits 10/30 - yesterday = $55,000.
I have two offers right now for 2nd position but they're not enough to move the needle (currently $20k and $20.5k, 7 and 6 mo.)
Client needs at least $40,000 to move the needle. Healthy cash flow, solid credit. Looking for a very fair deal here.
Which lenders offer the lowest buy rates on 2nd position and/or longest terms?

WBL has the lowest rate and longest term second positions in the space, except on some deals from IOU and Quarterspot.
