Not sure if it is a fit or not, but my max funding amount is $2M, with a 30 month term. If the financials support it, I don't have an issue with business acquisition.
Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss.

If your client has accounts receivables that we can qualify we should be able to help.
Based on your information your client probably has about $.4.0 million in accounts receivable.
If factored that would yield around $3.0 million in cash. Additionally you may write a MCA with or without our help in conjunction with us and earn an additional fee.
I'd be glad to discuss the program with you for this or future deals.

This is something we can do through the SBA with a 10 year term and no prepay. Let me know if that works.
