Does anyone know of any lenders that are like WBL and use the real estate to supplement the businesses revenue, in order to get an advance/loan. Thanks for the responses.

but if your merchants have business real estate or non owner occupied residential property with ltv under 65% than there are real lenders that can offer monthly payment term loans, just depends on real estate and location.
