I have a client who defaulted on an OnDeck loan. I feel for him. He was paying for 6 months then lost his business. He was a Sched C with a personal guarantee.

Wondering if there's an attorney out there who might help defend him. He's a nice guy and got screwed by a factory and lost his business. He needs the money more than OnDeck. Besides he doesn't have anything to pay them.

Any attorneys out there to help him?

Probably not the best place to post this. You're asking someone to defend a defaulted merchant because he needs the money more than the company who advanced him, no one will want to take paper from you. Just my .02.
