I am a direct funder and fund a lot of trucking companies. Based upon the information provided, it would be a stretch pre-qualifying this client for $300k but if by chance they have monthly net income in the $40k range, it could be a candidate. My max term is 30 months.

Nass15,

If the Guarantors FICO is strong, and Net income is 10k per month- you will have several lenders that will work with your client to 60 (or even 120 months).

For real loans- not purchasing of future receivables- DSCR needs only be 1.2 or greater to fit a credit facility into a monthly budget.
