I have a commercial warehouse worth 4.5m and seeking hard money of 1.5m for 2 years at a rate lower than what was offered for equity pull.....

Warehouse stores and uses high end equipment. And will not collateralize the equipment. Just commercial property. Company is doing about 290-475k per month and able to show ability to service the debt.

Won't do any MCA... last broker did the overly ambitious PSF and this merchant walked from 1.30 on 350k MCA 12 months..

Anyways please message or reply with recommendations.

Go to Scotsmanguide.com and do a lender search.

If the equity is as described (in an area that is not depressed) you will find any number of folks that will be happy to leverage the property..
