    Unsecured Working Capital...??

How, is this unsecured financing, when the fund files a UCC lien? Doesn't that make it secured?

It is secured against sales that have not yet happened, so in a sense, yes it is unsecured.

i know that, but unsecured is supposed to mean no collateral... placing a UCC lien on a business turns the business itself into collateral...
