Why can't we post legitimate threads about how we're backdoored

    by Richmond Capital??

Every time we try, our post is removed within minutes. If anybody would like a complete breakdown of the individuals involved in leaking/backdooring files to Richmond, please PM me. I would be happy to share my experiences with you.

They have a systematic process of stealing files from legitimate brokers and using strong-arm tactics to deceive merchants into funding with them. We know who is involved and how it works and would be happy to provide this information to anybody who requests it so that you can all choose carefully who to submit your files to, and who to avoid like the plague.

We will not stay quiet. We will not be bullied. We will not allow this information to be suppressed by moderators who are either too afraid to allow this information to be publicized, or are somehow in bed with the perpetrators. If we have to keep posting every day, keep creating new accounts, whatever it takes, this information will be shared and we will not be silenced.

Perhaps you shouldn't work with them then.

That's the point I'm trying to make. We don't work with them, but they have their grimy little criminal fingers in every shop. Feelers everywhere that are leaking files to them. The day of reckoning is coming, don't worry.

Oh we do. We're sharing it privately because our posts never last more than a few minutes to an hour before admin removes them, presumably out of fear of either litigation or that John will take his ankle bracelet off and come give him a beat down.

hey do you really blame him , both those are scary reasons .
i personally get annoyed when sponsors on this site get nailed and their threads magically go pofff .

There should be a sticky thread for all backdoorers to be called out on. The first post should have a comprehensive list of the lenders name and individual at that lender who was involved. To be put on the list there must be proof and to be taken off the list the accused must prove innocence... just imo...

Yeah, I'm sure that would work. Good thing this industry doesn't have a reputation for being litigious.

Sean, first of all it's debatable whether this site or its admins could be liable for anything posted by members as its a public forum and speech is protected. Especially if there is concrete evidence that somebody backdoored a deal, which in the case of Richmond, plenty of people possess and would gladly publish. If you allowed only information that was screened and verified and was being posted in good faith, then presumably you would have a valid defense and would prevail and possibly even have counterclaims including legal fees. You can't let a scumbag bully you with cease and desist letters and threatening emails. These people are thugs and somebody has to stand up to them.
