TRUE consolidation
Who by any chance knows or has a relationship with a TRUE Consolidation company that can Consolidate positions and net Extra Capital if possible. I'm strictly talking about A Paper companies who are over-leveraged with positions and are seeking a way out! THANX!!

Dan Page on this forum is the consolidation guru. Use the search bar to see what his program looks like and if your merchant may qualify.

Thank you for the mention. We have somewhere between $4M - $5M on consolidation clients in the process of funding right now!
Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss.

If these are true A paper customers other than the stacked positions, we still do quite a bit of that type of business. We have a zero net requirement, and once the merchant has taken a loan through us, we will reduce payments and/or rate if they don't stack for three months. However, if certain stackers are on the books (contact us for the names), we will cap the initial term of the consolidation (or will pass). Our loan product also acts like a line of credit where they can draw repaid principal after two months of payment history, even on 24 month deals (when only drawing repaid principal, there is no change to scheduled payment, term just extended by # of payments made that have been drawn down), which reduces the need to stack in the future.
Overall, buy rates start at 1.08x, terms from 6 to 24 months (though if multiple position consolidation with a high risk funder, initial price will definitely be more expensive than our base buy-rate and term will be shorter). We also offer a monthly pay product with terms of 12 to 24 months for qualified customers. Loan size $6K to $150K (will selectively will go up to $250K).
I'll add that Dan Page is definitely a fantastic option for deals $100K.Carl Fairbank

Thanks Carl - Right back at you.
To my colleagues reading this post, Carl and I are respectful and friendly competitors. Our funding models largely compliment one another, with some overlap. It is great to work with good people in our industry, both the good funders like Carl and a lot of the referral partners in this forum.

Should the consolidation you're endeavoring to accomplish fall outside of the acceptance parameters of the folks previously mentioned, feel free to give me a shout.
If the balance sheet substantiates it, we can arrange Consolidations through our Strategic Partners up to $10M (we have consolidated 14 positions). Net Income is less significant than 100-200% Collateral Coverage, and tangible/quantifiable growth. This is NOT a Real Estate play- it's an entity, growth strategy.
If your clients already have a Senior Secured Lender, and have MCA products behind them, we can consolidate the 'over advance' when there is a feasible projected path to do so. Underwriting is not a standardized box, but rather specific to the Client's business, debt schedule, and pipeline.
Touch base on those deals that seem 'challenging.' The timeframe to close them will be predicated on how responsive the client is to due diligence requests, and UCC/Lien releases where applicable.

Yes, I've funded with them. I haven't seen them in many deals though if that's what you're asking.

WBL can structure true consolidations and partial consolidations. We have deals where we have paid off 3-4 of their advances and left another 1-2 in place for them.
