Client looking to purchase NJ Restaurant - Business Only - HELP
Hello,
We have a client that is looking to purchase at $100,000.00 the business at an established North NJ Restaurant. Our client is the manager their and has been for years.
Client does not have cash to put into deal or R.E. to leverage/borrow against. Client will consider all offers, business is strong.
