Morning.. Reaffirming Bob's questions. What is Gross Profit Margin? What are the assets on the balance sheet? Prospects for new business in 17? Why are they looking for 1.7? What is the existing debt structure? DO they have a floor plan in place for the Software/Hardware implementations/roll outs? Is the 3.4M in Collateral Net after depreciation?
If there is a deal to be structured, the Brokers on this thread that have responded to you can get something done.
