$500k/mo., Foreign National
Hey all, I have a deal with deposits of $500k/mo. Clean and consistent deposits.
Only hang up is that the client lives in Italy and is not a US citizen. The company is a California LLC with an LA mailing address.
Will entertain this deal?

I funded a deal where the owner was not a US citizen, but here on a long term work visa. A deal where the owner lives out of the country would be much more difficult.

Do you think it's worth taking a look at? He has a solid credit score because he had a long-term visa that is now expired.
