I'm familiar with this business. They buy gift cards for a certain percent. For instance you can sell a 100$ gift card and get 90$ cash and the company keeps 10$, to explain it easier.

What is TIB, Annual Sales, FICO and is there commercial R/E? We will lend 10% gross annual sales, but require collateral for amounts over $200K.

It sounds like they buy cards at a discount and run it on their own processors and make the % difference. these companies are all over BK. Preet Bharara central...
