    With the inability to pick up a phone, I can see why finding a solution is difficult. Each responder is a Nationwide Lender. This must not be important to you or the borrower.

    nah just shows u don't know what u talk about. WBL is real estate only. liftforward sells tablets. either are real options.

    I need someone who can and has cut a $500k check not waste our time.

    I need someone with a charter bank relationship or private fund.

    do you comply with lending laws on a state-by-state basis or do you have a bank charter relationship? or are you just saying your a direct lender? or are you not a lender just a middle man?

    Late to respond to this post as I have been funding deals the last couple days!

    I am a direct funder, maximum funding is $2M, so $500k - $1M is normal fare for us.

    I am not a MCA funder so we operate a bit differently.

    Monthly payment, early payoff any time after six months with no fees, penalties or interest (client pays remaining principle and they are out).

    12-30 month terms.

    We do not front-load profits so if a client pays off at six months their cost is one-half the cost of twelve months, one-third the cost of 18 months.

    Our primary driver is net income, so the client would need strong net income and a strong balance sheet to qualify.

    What's the credit score and do you have any existing loans? This sounds like the perfect home for Vertical Funding. Our rate starts at 5% and we are able to lend up to $5 million to those that qualify. We don't ask for as much documentation as the bank nor do we take as long to get you approved.
