Thryve Capital is looking to hire experienced closers in the MCA industry. We have a big pipeline of business available for the right person. The ideal individual would be a motivated person with at least 1 year experience in this industry.

Responsibilities
• Participate in new business pitches and facilitate process for new business development.
• Communicate with brokers and new business partnership prospects
• Handle direct sales coming from in-house generated prospects as well as partnership referrals

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Sales experience on in-bound and out-bound calling efforts
• Experience in the Merchant Cash Advance space
• Has the ability to identify new business development opportunities with existing clients and assist in harvesting new partnership opportunities.
• Desire to grow, develop and be trained in interdisciplinary skills
• The ability to start immediately and can commute to the Jersey City

Preferred Qualifications & Interests:
• Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and persistence in a challenging and dynamic environment

This is not a sales job where you cold call UCC lists. We are actually looking to bring in more business by signing up more than 2,000 new partners and branching out our core business to a broader untouched market.
