    Attorney to negotiate ACH settlements

    Does anyone know of a good attorney who negotiates settlements with MCA funders?

    Have your clients search usury laws and may find attorneys that may be able to help. The COJ is their main argument for dispute, from what I've Seen.. Good Luck
