750 score. Georgia. Long time client doing 130K a mo. Have loans with Can and IOU with 115 balance already. Can offered another 125K. Applying to SBA. Client wants to buy her building for 350K. Lots of loan offers but needs monthly to consolidate loans and buy the property. Any suggestions of markets?

I can structure a WBL deal as a short-term bridge loan to pay off their advances and (depending on value) acquire the property.

We can set it up with early repayment options so they can refinance us into an SBA or commercial deal -- basically a bridge loan.

if they can put 50% cash down we have some private funds that can finance the remaining 50% for the building. Monthly payments term up to 5 years
Or if the client is credit worthy and can provide a full financial package we can go up to 75% LTV of the purchase price over 20 year term with conventional funds
