It's absolutely terrible. I feel like they only have 3 people in the office. No one ever answers the phone and there is only one person that can get you an update and good luck getting them on the phone.

Amazing how mismanaged some of the leading high risk funders are, particularly those in SoFla. Disappointing when you know they will likely present the strongest offer, but can't submit because it is such a mess. I gave up on trying to make any sense of it and just started to work with funders who are structured to effectively fund deals and don't use ISO reps as a gatekeeper.

Ive had a file in the funding queue for the last 6 days.... Merchant has been blowing up and we spend at least 30-45minutes each day calming him down. At my old shop we would say this whenever we didn't money to fund... Knight going out of business??

Just curious but you have spent over 3 hours just calming down a merchant?

i funded a 150k deal with them recently that my other approvals was 70k from pearl , 65k yellowstone and 30k from cresthill . it was rough and painful but paid off in the end .

funded with them last week nice deal no issues. Although this week was complete opposite, for another rep...from what I understand they threw him under the bus on the funding call with merchant saying they are direct why go through broker merchant said "f" this hung up on them and killed the deal himself.

Id have to say from my experience in the last week or so its not looking good... I called a few times no one picked up, only a VM.

They called me back while in a car or something cause the line was bad. Told me to email my ISO rep.

What company calls someone and asked them email their rep? I then told her i don't have time to email her and for her to call me. No Call at all...

it doesn't look good when no one is available.

I've had a very simple, easy to fund 2nd position in with them this week, all Docs in by Tuesday, Bank Verification done twice, Merchant Interview done yesterday all while no contact with us. I have had the Merchant calling me three times a day with nothing to tell him because they either do not pick up, tell you the whole company is in a meeting and don't return emails when we call.

Yesterday the Merchant called me and told me they finished the Merchant Interview by saying he should be funded within 48 hours(at least someone gave me an update). Why would they do a bank verification if they were not funding that day(the 2nd time). They just emailed my admin saying they are declining it for reasons I know are not true. After seeing the posts here I am guessing that they are trying to backdoor me.

I have been hearing bad things about them for about 6 months-1 year now but figured they were either exaggerated or just not true because all of my experiences with them had been just fine up until this point. They always gave above average offers and their process was always smooth and efficient. For whatever reason I have not really used them in the last few months and my office has only funded a handful of deals with them in that time...I am probably not going to bother again. Even if they are not stealing deals/backdooring their ISO Partners, the place has obviously turned into a huge $h*t show! I would be embarrassed if I was as sloppy as them.

For what it is worth, we consolidated a client last Thursday (Nov 3rd) and wired payment to Knight. It has been a week and they still cannot find the payment and credit it to the client's account, and they continue to debit him.
