I have a unique situation.
Solar Company in CA.
2015 $4M gross net 130k
Monthly deposits this year were around 450k a month. They had a bad factoring deal that left them without money and unable to pay workers comp/insurance for their employees and unable to keep production under their company. They had to use a partner company to manage and pay all employees. Partner company receives all invoices and payments.
As soon as they get funding they will take an run all operations as before. They have a lot of new contracts and work is continued to grow.

If someone may have a realistic option message me.

I should clarify bank deposits are under 5k for September and MTD since the partner company took over so this is not an MCA candidate
