hey biggr what do you think you can do? 3rd position rate will be too high and i am hearing from this site that merchant doesnt qualify for additional funds that they are maxed out

From what I have seen, I don't see anyone here saying that the merchant doesn't qualify or that the merchant is maxed out...

Would need to see the banks, credit etc, to see that... And I wold never assume what I could do unless I see paperwork...

I sent to one bank but i heard back merchants credit is in the 500s.. i know nothing about underwriting but yes other users on the site sent me private messages saying a person that grosses 600k yearly and owes what they they owe being 60k is maxed out.. what do you think? are you a direct lender?

You need to calculate his average ending daily balances currently to determine if he can afford additional financing. Providing that information would be more helpful.
