I have a deal where the guys been in business 23 years normally used to average 20-30k a month, lately his business grew where ion the last 4 months hes been doing 50-90k, credibly based on the last 4 bank statements put out 90k, signed contracts, the whole nine but then when they asked for payback months dropped the offer to 30k, he won't move forward on any number under 50k on the 1st position, two thing's I wanted to get a second opinion on, what first position puts out highest approvals, 687 fico, and preferably won't ask for payback months because he does construction and February he barely works so his February was like 10k even though ending balances were all like 5k plus
