I believe the folks here that work on deals like this will need to know:
How long has the owner has operated the entities?
Are they profitable?
What debt is there on the balance sheet now (NOT JUST CASH ADVANCE DEBT)?
What is the corporate structure and are the guarantors credit worthy?
What is the anticipated use of proceeds?
